Hillary Stiff

Hillary is Managing Director of Cheval Capital. She has been an investment banker since 1990, completing M&A transactions and arranging financing for a number of companies including some of the preeminent Internet services companies.

As a former CFO, Hillary specializes in structuring financial solutions that meet clients' strategic and operational objectives. As an Internet services veteran, she has been active in the web hosting M&A arena since the industry's inception. She maintains long-term relationships with a wide network of prospective buyers and sellers and closely monitors valuation, technology and pricing trends.

Frank Stiff

Frank is President of Cheval Capital. He has been an investment banker for over 35 years, during which time he has assisted a broad range of companies with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and other financial services. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and past chair of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition.
